So Much for More

I hoped when starting this blog a little over a month ago to contribute more to the dialog on digital publishing, the people, the technologies, the tactics and strategies. I guess the last month has been extremely busy for me, allowing no time for contributions to this site. Instead it appears that I'm contributing about one piece a month to either this blog or my other. Which is the rate I've been contributing since I began to blog.

While I struggle with my own personal style, desire to write and availability of time. I continue to improve each post. Most of my posts are lengthy. For blog posts this means more than 500 words. I've had to go back and divide some posts into multiple posts. The largest one was almost 300o words. Not a blog at all.

So while this post is not about digital publishing, it is letting go. A wild, open and unusual post that my internal editor would've have never allowed only thirty short days ago.

Now an update on my survey. Over 90% of the visitors who came to the site so far have taken the quiz. 50% were familiar with me from my other site and 50% of them would not share this blog with others. Well not sure what any of this means so far, except that blog readers will take surveys. I do promise in a later blog to follow up on the survey and the changes over time.
